I'm belatedly posting a review of our 11/25 selection, purchase and installation experience of a combination of Hunter Douglas and Alta blinds for our new house. We are in a new Del Webb community and Michelle Moats was recommended by our Welcome Committee.  We scheduled a consultation with Michelle and another with the Costco contractor. We had no idea how to select blinds for an entire house and Michelle was by far the expert in helping explain the products, various options and the timing involved in having them made and installed. When both estimates came in, we knew we needed to determine our budget before proceeding. Advantage Blinds were our preferred option and Michelle was very willing to come back and work with us to figure out options that worked within our budget, what discounts were available and took considerable time measuring the windows. Honestly, she is one of the best sales women we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Bill arrived on a very icy winter day and installed all the blinds efficiently and professionally. All of the blinds fit and operated perfectly. We highly recommend Advantage Blinds and especially Michelle's expertise in leading customers through a somewhat nerve wrecking process. Michael was patient as I explored all the options sharing some pros and cons  of the various options. In the end, we went with the clean look of Norman blinds and Hunter Douglas honeycomb cellular for added warmth.  I also have two motorized, programmable ones for hard to reach places and they are a wonderful addition.  The arrived quickly and installation was effortless. The blinds are PERFECT! I have not one complaint. I have only praises. The photo is my dining room window and it’s smaller than my living room window. Look how well the blinds are holding up. They were installed in 2023, which was two years ago. Yes, I am quite late posting my review. I’m in the market for more blinds for two bedrooms and a bathroom. Style Options

Vignette is offered in two different styles:

The Rolling Style features a 4” full fold or 6” flat fold which rolls up into the decorative headrail.
The Stacking Style stacks neatly beneath a low-profile headrail. When the shade is stacked to the top, it creates a beautiful valance-like appearance. Available in a 4” fold size.

OPTIONS and BENEFITS

Motorized

With PowerView motorization, you can operate your shades with a press of a button. PowerView even operate your shades using a tablet or smartphone, and can also be programmed according to the schedules you set, even when you are away.

Cordless

With LiteRise cordless, you can move the shade to exactly where you want simply by pushing up or pulling down with your hand. Cordless shades are also an excellent option for homes with small children and pets.

Retractable

This option, called Ultraglide, features a single retractable cord or wand which stays at a constant length regardless of the blind position. Without the long, dangling cords, a retractable control system offers enhanced child and pet safety.

Continuous Cord Loop

Perfect for operating larger shades without the dangling cords, EasyRise is a continuous cord loop system. This system works on the principle of a pulley rotating the roller to raise and lower the shade and provides smooth, easy operation. The loop is secured via a tensioner which provides enhanced child and pet safety, too.

Top Down/Bottom Up

Direct the light in your home as you see fit—from the top, from the bottom or in combination with the Top-Down/Bottom-Up system. You can position your window treatments as you like, customizing the light balance and privacy in your home to suit your needs.

Duolite

Vignette Duolite Shades combine a light-filtering or sheer front shade with a built-in room-darkening back panel, both housed on a single roller to achieve perfect levels of light and privacy. The single roller is unique to the Roman shades category and allows for less mounting depth than other dual roller systems. The Duolite dual opacity option is available exclusively in the Rolling Style with 6” flat folds and the convenience of PowerView® Motorization.
