I'm belatedly posting a review of our 11/25 selection, purchase and installation experience of a combination of Hunter Douglas and Alta blinds for our new house. We are in a new Del Webb community and Michelle Moats was recommended by our Welcome Committee.  We scheduled a consultation with Michelle and another with the Costco contractor. We had no idea how to select blinds for an entire house and Michelle was by far the expert in helping explain the products, various options and the timing involved in having them made and installed. When both estimates came in, we knew we needed to determine our budget before proceeding. Advantage Blinds were our preferred option and Michelle was very willing to come back and work with us to figure out options that worked within our budget, what discounts were available and took considerable time measuring the windows. Honestly, she is one of the best sales women we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Bill arrived on a very icy winter day and installed all the blinds efficiently and professionally. All of the blinds fit and operated perfectly. We highly recommend Advantage Blinds and especially Michelle's expertise in leading customers through a somewhat nerve wrecking process. Another 5-star review from a repeat customer. Advantage always does a beautiful job and stands by their work and products. Michael was patient as I explored all the options sharing some pros and cons  of the various options. In the end, we went with the clean look of Norman blinds and Hunter Douglas honeycomb cellular for added warmth.  I also have two motorized, programmable ones for hard to reach places and they are a wonderful addition.  The arrived quickly and installation was effortless. Using Advantage Blinds Shades & Shutters was a superior experience from start to finish. Michelle (who came out to our home to  show samples and measure), was very kind, patient with questions, and knowledgeable about the products. Her experience and background in interior design is apparent as you speak with her. The 2 installers who came to install my shades were very professional and helpful with any questions I had. We recently had our 3rd set of blinds installed by Advantage. Scheduling a consultation was easy and convenient. Michelle went over our needs and options. She explained various measurements and features that had not been explained by prior blind companies/installers. Bill installed our 1st 2 sets and Michael the most recent. I’m so pleased I came upon this company to handle my window coverings. Mike is so professional and knowledgeable. The blinds are PERFECT! I have not one complaint. I have only praises. The photo is my dining room window and it’s smaller than my living room window. Look how well the blinds are holding up. They were installed in 2023, which was two years ago. Yes, I am quite late posting my review. I’m in the market for more blinds for two bedrooms and a bathroom. I will be calling Mike Perantoni again to help me out! Thank you Mike and Advantage Blinds.
